Well GC doesn't have notification abilities. You have to hope this other player has some other game in common with you which features some challenge functionality. If that's the case, open that other game, "send challenge" and just like when you add friends in HayDay you will get a GC window where you can type a message. A push notification will then appear on this other player's device.

Or, I think you could unfriend them, then refriend them with a note on the request.

Thank you just saw this and I appreciate the warning...I will be deleting..I suppose after a couple days if stuff has not been returned..such a bummer!!

Kewb I don't know who they are..I friended everyone when I first started here bad choice now I on,y friend people I meet here and interact with...that didnt start till a couple weeks ago though. I hope you get your tapes back!!

Yeah I totally understand, it's happened to me a couple times too..which is why I stopped accepting everyone..let me know what happens because if they don't give them back I want to unfriend

I only see the button for it in game on my iPad, not on my phone. I didn't even realize you could send challenges for hay day until I got an iPad
