I know the US has a different temp scale, that's why I asked. Wow, 9 degrees Fahrenheit is mighty cold we are flirting with zero celcious which is still warmer than over there

heck yeah it is! I've never been in weather this cold period. I stepped outside for like 2 seconds and I thought I got frostbite.
