yep, just got 2 pages with planks right now

there are essentially 5 types of papers:
- the eggs/baconeggs paper
- the fruit paper
- the ghost paper. once you open the page it's all empty or mostly. probably an old add that has been seen by other players before.
- the cheap and concealed paper. lots of goodies and materials, often cheaper price, materials concealed in between other stuff
- the materials paper. silo, barn, expansion or combos of those all together, sometimes even in large amounts, but most often at full price

wow lucky.. yah i would say your paper types are accurate lol.. wish you could request a new paper or something .. i kinda hate the whole paper thing together.. wish they had a better trade system

I love the paper. It's the only reason I play everyday. I like finding deals or buying goods that I know are useful for folks here.

I have the cheap and concealed paper right now.. got a few ores, some shirts at default price and 1 brown sugar cheap.
When you see someone selling a plank or other materials (better unadvertised) try and follow that farm. You might see that person putting more materials later. If not, you can always unfollow and try someone else.
I also follow some selling cheap stuff.

My way too Get familiair with prices (max/default), even if they're a bit higher than default, someone's trying to make a bit more/at what price it sells, and they usually have more goodies

Thank you and Jellsio for the advise. I will leave the smelters until a little later on then I think. There is a bi of a gap between getting some of the machines so I may geta smelter or two in between

That's what I did, I got the mine and smelter in between ice cream and jam. Already got my jam money, just waiting to level up to buy it
