Since the update I can hardly play the game anymore. Everything takes ages, opening the newspaper about 5 seconds. I can hardly scroll at all.

I thought I'd wait a bit, but it didn't improve, but at least I got some stuff done at home

There are usually some issues after updates. I haven't had any problems after this one and you're the first one I've heard say anything. Have you tried restarting your device, sometimes that helps. Or you can uninstall and reinstall hay day.
