Building materials are max at 270

So one mallet for one nail?

How is this a even trade? Just trying to figure it all out.. I know something's are worth more than others...

So what is better sell the mallet I have at max price and buy the nail at max price and still make something out of it? If that's what it is then ok... Lol so confused...
