I have been playing this game long enough to figure that its all random, in my opinion that is. I believe some farms automatically give more of a certain thing and the others rotate. Example: my farm spits out planks but bolts and tape alternate. I'm always way short on one or the other. I also believe there is one thing that you will get less of no matter what, mine happens to be nails. I will almost always have enough screws and panels but be way behind on nails. I have not found that the more of one thing you have that is what you will get the most of because I would give my planks to my son as soon as I got them and I would have zero and still get more of those than anything. This is only my opinion of how my farm works, others may be different or have different opinions.

Even if I start out with low tapes compared to the other 2, it always catches up. As for silo, I get more panels and nails than screws. Everything else is random (saws, axes, TNT, dynamite, though I get shovels less).

Hey all, no stress if it stays empty, but if anyone has spare thea (blue cup thingies?) and wants the xp/ wants to help, there's still 2 crates of 2.... (I'm helping my mum on her captaincy, which wanted white sugars before, but I was silly enough to think this didnt need sugar )

Ok folks. I hit the jackpot today. From one ordinary stall I got 10 gold ores, a couple bars, 10 deeds, 30 planks, and 15 screws!!
Oh, I got a few juices and cakes too from it too.
I think her ad was for sweaters (I had only one left )

The downside: I paid full price for all but the sweaters, juices and cakes :/

Who need deeds? I only bought them to pass on to you since they are still rare.
I can use 4 bolts and still quite a few tapes.

I'm super snippy about the update. What a time/money suck. I don't even bother making cafe items most of the time,. Yet I still bought the candy shop. I'm weak. Anyway, can someone explain to me about the boat notifications? I was looking for that tab we had before (and then it vanished because of the crashing) but I can't figure how to see other people's boat requests now.

It's push notifications. You'll receive a notice in the notification bar.

....a notice that someone has filled a crate or Tom is awake..etc.
