Is there a FAQ somewhere on how to best setup for turbo trucker?

I don't think there is. I suggest (and it is the same that I see suggested most often) is:

1) Set your starting orders up. Meaning start with orders that all ask for one or two of a product, throw away anything else before starting.

2)Have all the items on the current orders plus 10 and at least 10 of every item (meaning if you have an order for 2 corn bread have 12 in your barn).

You can risk it and have less of some items that you can find commonly in the paper. That's up to you though, I feel like anytime I look in the paper for something it seems like is always there I can't find it I would t rely on the forums too much, with the time constraints you could probably only buy from someone on here once or twice.

I feel like I suggest him all the time, but Tom helps too (if you have the diamonds to spare). I used him to stock up my barn beforehand and had him ready to go and saved him until I got stuck almost there with no more orders I could complete.

I just hit level 33 where i should be able to make pizzas in my bakery, but theres no option in my bakery to do so. I keep getting a lot of truck and neighbour orders for pizza too. Anybody else have this problem?

The pizzas are in your bakery. You have to flip to the second page using the arrow in the corner, the same way you find indigo when planting crops. I forget what level you get chocolate cakes, but you find them the same way on your cake oven.

Similar to pumpkins etc on the field, there is a symbol to switch between different stuff at the bakery. Enjoy your pizza!
