I don't believe harder boats give gold vouchers? I believe it's totally random and I refuse to cripple my farm for a boat.

I wouldn't, I think it's random. I've done a few harder boats that I would normally send away trying to get a gold voucher and it never works. I'm really beginning to hate green vouchers!

I do think it's random vouchers. The last time I had gold was bacon and pumpkin pies, and corn. Not hard at all since they can be found in paper!
