Hay Day Discussion and Game Help Thread (NO FRIEND REQUESTS)

I really don't know what has happened with the culture in this forum where people are asking whether or not they should do boats when they have no product or very little. Is this not a game that you enjoy playing? Do people not enjoy being able to accomplish boats themselves or mostly? You get a lot more Xp by doing your own boats or most of it.

I as well as most upper level players do most of our own boats....and still help others. You have to be willing to go through the growing pains of leveling up in this game. It takes time to level up, get mass amounts of products and get the storage needed to hold products but that is the GAME. Believe me....if you level up too quickly, there is nothing even to look forward to or spend much money on. Enjoy the game folks!

I wish MORE people would ask for help on boats.

I finish 3 to 4 boats most days. Most boats I take care of on my own. I frequently have everything needed to fill the boat in reserve. But sometimes I will get two or even three boats in a row with the same item. For example, Blackberry Jam takes 8 hours to make. To fill up four crates takes 32 hours. Getting those back-to-back would wear down most players' reserves.

I currently have a ton of bacon and carrot pies, for example, which I would love to put on someone's boat. For some reason I like putting them on a boat better than I like selling them.

I fill what I can then put the help signs up on the rest. I've done captain 3 so it doesn't matter whether I fill the whole boat or not. But if someone wants the xp's for filling a crate on my boat, then that's fine by me :). Likewise I'll fill a crate for someone else if I've got the stuff to do it :)

I don't like to ask for help filling boats as its part of the game, although I did ask for help last night. I'm at quite a low level (24) and my silo and barn are too small to cope with the requests which I didn't really take in to consideration. If I fail to do captain 3, then I will increase the size of my storage and then try again, it's all part if the game. Once I have obtained captain 3 I shall be more than happy to help more people with their boats.

It is just that a game and one persons way of playing may not be good for a different person, everyone can play how they chose to do so and this forum is for help but at the same time no one here is twisting arms( at least that I know of ) to make someone help, it's your choice, it's an option, not an obligation. That is why we are given choices because people play it differently, just because someone doesn't play it the way someone else did does not make it wrong and mean the whole culture of the forum is messed up. There is an option to spend a diamond to bring in more boats and if someone chooses to use that option and other people willingly choose to help then it shouldn't be a big deal. Just as someone who does not want to use that option for reasons of their own should not be told they have to use it! Just like truck orders you can trash them if you want and bring in another quicker for a diamond or not you can wait, there are many, many choices and options and that is what makes it fun and as long as you are enjoying the game there is no reason we all have to play the same way :) happy farming :)

The culture in this forum has changed!! It did not use to be like....will u fill my entire boat or should I send it on its way? Yes to each his own is right but i think you missed the 2 biggest points that I was trying to make in that...1) a lot of people are trying to level quickly but not doing it themselves (u get a lot more xp filling your own boats) and 2)if you level up too quickly, there is NOTHING to look forward to. There is not 1 machine in my immediate future or even a new crop or anything. All I can do is wait around for another update. It's like when you are a child and all u want is to be grown-up. Then when you are grown-up you long for the days when you were younger. Same theory applies to this game.

I think we will have to agree to disagree and I don't see people on here asking people to fill there entire boats or maybe I missed that.

I'm at 72 but I think the highest level as of now is 100, it was 3000 on barn and silo but I believe that is raised as well! Still not sure on the highest barn and silo level but I'm pretty sure it's 100 on farm levels( I'm not 100% sure though)

I read on their Twitter, the max level is 100 . I also have a friend in my list who has reached 81. And I guess there is no max capacity of silo and barn, you can upgrade to any size you want.

I appreciate your answer! Thank you!
