In my opinion you can use your coins to repair dock first.. After that you can try to achieve captaincy to get some diamonds! And you can also earn coins more quickly.. But as i said before this my opinion

If you're talking about in trading it's best for me to use an example. If one player wants to trade 10 expansion items (stakes, mallets, deeds, which are significantly higher priced than upgrade items) and another player agrees a 1:1 trade, both players are saying "my 10 items for your 10 items." Most players make the coin price for all items 1 coin so that it becomes a 1 for 1 trade.

I think that's a ratio reference, trading 1 item for 1 item or 1 item for 2 items...
