How do I make it so my little man on the boats and friends list is not that default man.

How do I make my own picture there. Is it done through hayday or game centre?

I did it through gc. I uploaded a profile pic there.
I don't see my own farm if it shows a picture or not but I am assuming the photo that shows up on the crates also shows up for my farm.
