Yes, do let us know and we'll be on standby for whatever you need. I found tt to be a matter of a bit of luck as well. What I did for mine, I had my barn full and also had excess stuff by the machines that I could pick up if needed. My barn was under 500 so it is doable.
Due to the considerations, it's good to let people know so they are on full alert, if you need anything. If you attempt at a time when I am around, I will be more than happy to help you as well.

Something else I found helpful is ofcourse get your board full of orders ready to go but I trashed the ones that asked for anymore than one item to start so once my board was full of orders asking for one item each and ofcourse all the other advice given..that's when I started!
