Yes such a sweet person and I have only had a few interactions with her, but she has made me smile and made my day more than once since I joined. It's so good people like that still exists in this crazy world we need more people like her for sure!

Before you put anything in it you press the button that looks like a boat. The same one to send it off early once it is full.
