What's the point of that? I prefer to have something advertised fast so i can progress with citizen kane. And by advertising good stuff i can attract more people

It doesn't matter. You can put one up every 30 minutes, even if there is still an ad sitting on something else.

I don't sell bacon and eggs, but I do put the ad on unpopular items. If I had panels in my shop, they will sell no matter what. So if I put the ad on them it would kind of waste it IMO because I might get a lot of people looking for panels, but they probably will barely even look at the rest of my stuff (which is what I know I do). If I put the ad on my milk, it usually sells pretty quickly. Without an ad on it it usually sits for awhile.

Can't advertise for 20 min each anyways, might as well make it worthwhile. My eggs and bacons have sold at 150/ea. I bought them at 56 coins. Not bad

I got it. It IS ages away, but you'll get there eventually. Not as bad as the smelting achievement. I got the majority of my trees looking at people's farm from newspaper ads.

I got mine a long time ago as well, I only have the helter smelter||| and gold digger||| wich will take a year!!! Lol

I know this is almost not worth asking...but I'll give it a shot. Would anyone like to give up some mallets in exchange for either bolts, screws, or wood panels (the doubles)? I'd also trade those things to get planks, but that's almost as ridiculous a request as mallets, right?!

Will do!! I browse my neighbours for boats and trees (besides boxes) but I rarely see any. I do get more from the paper but they're not everywhere ya know

but surely your advertised product can't stay in the paper for the whole 3 hours...the paper refreshed every 2-3 minutes...

I have lots of stakes if you need but my mallets are rare. Even the paper doesn't give me mallets. I get all the marker ads
