Good luck with that!! They are not very responsive. I have sent them 5 emails since 10/15/12 because I mysteriously lost 18 diamonds one day when their servers were down alot. The only thing I have ever received is a generic email that they send to everyone to be patient with their growth size and change. I am 1 week away from calling ITunes to get them involved.

Here's one for that HORRIBLE moment when you open the newspaper, get AMAZING products and then when you grab a plank, you get the "your barn is full" error..... Rush to put anything up for sale, go back...and of course it's gone. UGHHHHHHH.
