Is there any pattern to acquiring the expansion materials? Do certain crops yield certain tools? I seem to get many, many deeds, a fair amount of stakes, but very few mallets, to the point where I have only been able to add one plot of land. I thought I also got one of the items for feeding pets, but not absolutely sure. Any other ways to accumulate the items? Thanks.
