Is there a limit of how many times you upgrade your barn and silo or does it just keep going up?

To my knowledge there does not seem to be a limit. So keep going until you feel like u have enough space.

I can see the need for a big barn. But that big of a silo?!? One has got to have some serious hoarding issue to have 3000 fruits and veggies in there

I agree but I happen to personally know someone with a barn and silo at 3000....it's not me, I wish my barn was that big!! Silo I'm trying to get to a 1000
