I'm good now , thanks. I was able to make one myself. With my juicer. That I saved for and bought. Myself.

I have a lot of expansion materials i was hoping to trade for some barn upgrade materials.
I have:
16 land deeds
15 mallet
4 stakes
and i'm i need of 13 planks, 13 duct tape and 2 bolts

Anybody need nails? I have about 6. Going to sell in stall unadvertised for my fab neighbours if there's no currently online takers (going to bed in an hour). I can sell full price or trade with some bolts.

On another note... Almost level 40 and still waiting for dock to build. I wasn't, still not very, with the boat orders (seems stressful) but will give it a go plus, I now have all machines and mine.

boats are a rip off in my opinion... you can level up faster doing truck deliveries... the only good thing is vouchers if you want pets and a couple of achievements for a few diamonds

I don't need land stuff or barn good to spare (waiting on bolts myself) but goodness, I RARELY get deeds!!! Lucky you!
