Handwriting on ipad2

Are there any apps out yet that allow me to import a document from email and then edit them?
Such as service reports that need signed, or any type of report that requires filling in blank areas.

SignMyPad is the app that most members use - it imports PDF and allows you to add 'radio buttons' and 'text boxes' and then to edit and sign the resulting document. You can then 'flatten' it and email it to the customer.

Thanks, I just found this forum and haven't spent much time playing with my new ipad2. My wife threatened me if I don't take the time to utilize it for more than watching videos, it was going to be hers!
