Hello all,

I just joined. We have several devises (Phone, Pad, several pods) and have recently experienced a couple of issues that were not addressed by express help. I found this forum and thought it would be great place to solicit some input and possible answers to questions I have.

I have posted my issue but no luck so far on a 'fix'. Again thanks for the welcome. I'll keep plugging away for a resolution, may just have to go into an Apple store :-(
