Goodreader wont read some of mt Word Files

Hi
Goodreader will not read some of my .doc Word 97 2003 files. It reads some with the the same properties. They open on the pc but not Ipad 2. Goodreader will not respond to my emails. I have reloaded them on the IPad2 and they still dont open. All I get is a flashing a in the top right hand corner. This is driving me mad! Any ideas?

Have you tried to write them in some other format? 2003 is getting pretty old by now.

I have about 6Gb of files! It reads some but not others - that's the puzzle

Files are different...some may be incompatible for some reason or other. Or it could be a goodreader bug.
