Frozen app

There is an app on my I Pad that is frozen. I can't open it, I can't update it, and I can't delete it and then reinstall it. How can I get it unfrozen or deleted?

Force close the app:

Double tap the Home button to show the multitask bar, then delete the app from there.

If that doesn't work, remove it from your iPad via Settings. In General, you should find something called " Usage". The apps installed on your iPad are listed there. It's also possible to delete an app there, if you can't get rid of it otherwise.
