Forum Subscription Email

I have subscribed to several of the Ipad forums and set them up to receive daily emails. I have never gotten an email from any the forums although the subscribed forums do have considerable activity. A number of times I have went back through the setup and all seems to be OK. When I go to my settings it shows that I have subscribed to those forums.

I am also a member of the Iphone forum and have subscribed to several of those forums and I do get daily emails from those. The settings in the Ipad forum appear to be constant with the settings in the Iphone forum.

I have gone into my email settings for my email provider and none of the emails have been labeled as spam or gone into the trash folder.

Hi Fah,

I've checked out mail logs and do see that an email was successfully sent to you recently. Your mail server accepted the email, which I assume would have been a daily subscription notice. Have you received any email from the site recently? If not, perhaps you're email address on file isn't what you expect?

Also, I've noticed that this is the only thread you've posted in and there is a thread subscription created in the DB for you, so that's working. You also have a few other forum subscriptions which you should be receiving daily email notices about. Keep in mind that if no posts are made within the day then you won't receive notices for them. Also, If you have subscribed to a forum which only contains sub-forums and no threads, that may also be why you're not receiving notifications. You may need to subscribe to more specific forums..

I have received two replys from this thread so that part of the email is working. I will give it some time for the emails from the subscribed forums to see if I receive them.
