Ford's Sync question

Anyone use the Bluetooth capability of Ford's Sync system? I have two phones and I want to be able to use both with the system, one on the USB and one Bluetooth. Right now I can sometimes, but the BT one keeps shifting to privacy (not through the car system) and I have to unlock the phone then select phone and tap on "End" to hang up if the other party doesn't end the call. This is regardless of the other phone hooked up.

The issue with the second phone is it can only play audio. Both are iPhones.

Any ideas?
