Brie covered in almonds and baked! Eggs baked in cream! Devilled eggs! Poached eggs! Eggs benedict! Scrambled eggs from Carluccios! Yum-yums from waitrose!!!!

He's missing out. They are scrumptious and cooked like regular spuds - boil, mash, roast. Mashed with swede is super.  

I have the Michel Roux book on eggs, it is fantastic, a gazillion ways to cook eggs! The best one of all though is a book called Snowflakes & Schnapps, fantastic food!
