Food anyone?

You all are making me really hungry! All we had was an Italian salad and a slice of pizza!

Pizza would hit the spot now. Hungry again. Having pineapple Greek yogurt with some sugared almonds and dried cranberries tossed in. I also threw in a pinch of cardamom.

Yes it was. We had beef juice gravy and it was divine. Can't beat a beef roast. We had a picnic at the Fair today, scotch eggs, ham Rolls, chocolate muffins, crisps and flapjacks with cups of tea. Yum.

I've been craving lemon herb chicken, so today was the day. I brought out the clay pot cooker to make it in. I also made a Greek green bean,potato, and tomato dish called Fasolakia and Caprese Salad. Had some Chibatta rolls too. I got to use a bunch of my herbs I have growing.

Wow....I've got a cold right now and no appetite......gotta say this has perked me right up!

Madchef that looks yummy. We bake our chicken in a crock too. You can't beat it. The meat just falls off. I love lemon on my chicken.
