Fizz Weather?

Would someone be so kind as to tell me how to change the background in Fizz Weather. It says to go to the "options" screen and do it there, but for the life of me, I can't find it. Thanks....

Touch on the "Settings" icon on your device (looks like three interlocking gears). Scroll down to the app in the settings and tap it. You should find the "options" there.

Thank you, The Alternative. However, I don't have Fizz Weather listed in my "Settings" section.

Touch the "i" next to the city name, then touch the picture next to the city name.
