You find the size of every app in it's information, just scroll down to it:

Hi Janez - welcome to the forum! :) Johanna has already provided you excellent guidance in looking for an app's size in the App Store.

Some definitions may help also - I'm assuming that you are referring to storage on your device, kind of the 'solid state drive' and given in amounts of GBs (e.g. 16, 32, 64, 128 GBs); 'memory' is your RAM (random access memory) - as an example, my iPad Air 2 has 2 GB of RAM & 64 GB of storage. Please provide us w/ the model of your iPad and its storage which I suspect is likely low, such as 16 GB, from your issue(s) described above.

Finally, you can also assess your storage by going into Settings -> General -> Storage & iCloud Usage -> Manage Storage; this should bring up a long list of your apps in the right column and the amount of storage being used (see first image); by pressing an app, further information is provided, i.e. the size of the app & also the amount of storage being used for its 'Documents & Data' (see second image looking @ my Zinio app which contains a LOT of magazines). There you can decide to reduce what may be in an app and/or delete those apps taking up the most space, if no longer needed. Dave :)

thanks very much. it is very useful. i am finding some things like that. i have also been recommended this site: EDITED. This site provides apk files for pc like google play and gives figures of apps, however, i don't care much about that.
Sites like that one support piracy by allowing free download of paid apps. Piracy in any form or discussion on how to obtain pirated content is not allowed.
