Fango

I I use yahoo 7 plus on my pc to watch tv shows that I have missed, but can't use this on my IPad , I was told to download fango but I get all the shows up but can only watch sneak peeks, this seems to me to be only a chat app about the shows, can someone tell me if you can watch a full episode on fango ?
