How do I transfer email photos to photos

I tried pressing photo and all that came up was. "Copy"

After the photo in the email has finished downloading, tap on the left curving arrow. In the pop up that appears, tap on Save Image. Your photo will appear in the photo library in the photos app, in the camera roll if you use it.
