Email Problems

After spending hours on this, I am at a total loss and my ISP could not help.

For some reason, I am not able to delete old email messages to the trash. I get a message,
"Unable to Move Message. The message could not be moved to the mailbox trash".

I have checked into my settings, but am at a total loss.

Can someone help please.

Try mailing desk. It lets you delete multiple messages at once. I love it. Jeff

Well, I just sent a reply, but cannot see that it went thru. OK, thanks Jeff I will download that. But, isn't there an easier way to delete emails rather than checking off each one individually?

Can I use Mailing Desk with my regular ISI, or just with Gmail? Thanks .
