Email problem

i have an iPad Air, mini, galaxy s5 and hp desktop. I have Comcast email that works across all and use the iPad email (Comcast) on the iPads. For some reason, only on the mini I can't send email. I get an error saying user name or password is wrong. Nothing was changed and everything works as normal except for this. I've deleted and reinstalled on the mini without any problem but it still will not send mail.
Any suggestions?

Thank you. I did as you suggested and the settings were exactly those I used. I uninstalled a third time and reinstalled the email. Now sometimes it will send email and sometimes it won't. This only happens on the mini.
