Hi and welcome to the Forum!

I apologise that you were left waiting, it's just that time of year. If you look below you will find a tutorial for our app which is really far simpler than using the site through Safari. But I see that you have headed this thread 'Dropped ipad' that doesn't sound good, let us know if this is the case and we may be able to help you with what options you have. We will need to know which iPad and if it is under warranty or Apple Care + The IPad
