Drop Box To Pages ~

Well ~

My reports I open in Drop Box won't edit in Pages. I mean why would it be that easy. They open in Good Reader, which is not an editing app, but a viewing app I discovered.

So, what I did was copy a report and paste it into Pages! So I can edit it.

Disappointingly the iOS separates documents that can be seen by apps from each other. So one app cannot usually see documents from another App. It's like a file system for kindergarteners. Designed to avoid security holes, but also to let Apple control what content you can have on their....err, your device.

Try Quickoffice. It interfaces with Word and Excel.
