The egg you can see in Snalfa's game sitting on the egg pedestal is a blue moon dragon. It is no longer in the market, however at some stage Backflip will bring it back. When that happens, you will find all the help you need here in the forum in order to breed it.

Yes, they produce half... Jade at level10=2gem/month, while the other gemstone dragons at level10=1gem/week

My second jade dragon is now incubating, and when it hatches it will go into my hibernation cave until the gemstone island is updated. I decided I couldn't trade it for any other gemstone on the island because it does not earn as much, and gems are important.

When I finally get mine I decided I was going to put my opal dragon in the hibernation cave. The opal is my favorite gem, but I'm not a big fan of the dragon, even if its animation is cat-like.

I haven't got my Jade yet, and I've seen everyone are replacing their less favorite gem dragon to put their new Jade, for me, the less-attractive gemstone are the aquamarine/topaz/turquoise so one of those 3 is going to the hibernation cave :3 too many salamander and coral fails >.<

I'm right there with you on the fails for Jade. More Coral dragons are showing up than I care for. I know we have three months, and no where to put it yet, but I really want a Jade dragon already!

I don't know if it makes any difference, but I decided that I was not going to speed up any of my failed breeds as I was thinking we will need gems to upgrade the gemstone island - or an additional island if that's how backflip decide to go. I thinking personally they will upgrade what we have now.

Maybe not spending gems this time around worked in my favor! I did use a level 20 plasma and I fed my salamander up to level 18 over a period of a few days. I don't know how it works as no results are ever consistent - maybe it is a combination of luck and patience.

I'm feeling for all those who have jade in sight.

I have a second Jade as well. My first came after I fed my salamander to a higher level and my second came after I switched up the pairings of the dragons. I have gotten many of the dragons I wanted during breeding by switching the pairing. If I had a lvl 15 plasma paired with a 15 salamander on ebi, and a lvl 15 plasma and lvl 14 salamader on the other breeding place, after a while I would put the 14 salamader on the ebi with a different plasma and Bingo!

Don't know if it is a coincidence or what, but I do know it has happened enough for me to see a pattern.

Where does all my points go, when I have reached the highest Lvl?

I put my level 20 plasma and level 18 salamander on epic this morning as I was ready to walk out the door, and as a result I have my second jade breeding. My metal habitat has come out of my storage tower as the Olympic habitat went in, so it's back to breeding rust dragons in my normal breeding cave as I work towards the next crown.

Absolutely, really excited. How is everyone else going? I watch my friends list closely, and poppy - birdmaestro got both his jade dragons on the same day. When that happens I think that you have got to be incredibly lucky. There are still players who don't even have their first.

Where are you suppose to put the Jade dragon? I had to put mine in storage.

In the meantime, if your gemstone island is full, you can only put Jade in the hibernation cave or choose one of your other gemstone dragon to put in the hibernation cave. But the Jade only produce half of the gems the other gemstone dragons produce. If i have one, i'll put the garnet in the cave, it's the ugliest gemstone dragon for me.

Diz, you are absolutely right. There are still players who don't even have their first - and:
- having Lvl 45
- hunting with one pair with Lvl 18 on both
- hunting with one pair with Lvl 16 on both



But - better days will come. I am sure ....

I just thought I would point out that you don't have to feed your gemstone dragons to receive the gems. As these dragons can't breed I have never fed any of them and all of mine are still babies. I still receive all of the free gems and I am not planning on feeding them to adulthood until I have my other dragons at level 20.
