The wow factor! Although, I thought the actual pedestals themselves at the base would reflect the colour of the elements - plant green, fire red, lightning yellow, etc.

As mine are still bronze, I can say even they look different. They have a greenish patina to them now. It looks pretty cool

I love that we hard working DV addicts are getting rewarded with better outcomes for higher level dragons!! Nice!!

As part of the new update, Shrines can now be upgraded to Silver and Gold using gems

Shrines can be upgraded to Silver for 25gems or amount of gems equal to half the number of level 10 dragons needed to reach 50.

Shrines can be upgraded to Gold for 50gems or amount of gems equal to the number of level 15 dragons needed to reach 50.

Dragons at level 15 and higher give better odds in breeding; the odds increase as the level increases.

What is the benefit of upgrading shrines by purchasing w gems as opposed to earning the upgrade by feeding? Is it just because its faster? You still need to earn level 20 for crowns, right? Am I missing something?

One can compare it with the beatuty of the pedistahls I am so fond of

Have you studied the funny little River dragon? it's swimming on its back and seemes to be made up of a cat with dragonwings. It licks its paws
They must have had a lot of fun in the studio .... Ha ha ..

I think the new river dragon is based off of a River Otter. Looks similar and has the same type of movements.

You save lots of food, money and most all.... Time and Effort! you don't need to feed 50 dragons (that you don't really need) anymore just to have silver or gold shrine. That also save you lots of gems for not having to upgrade your hibernation cave just to put all your unwanted dragon. You can now feed your dragon straight from level1 to 15 or 20. And they increase the odd of getting rare when using level15 or higher dragon.

Ohhhhhhh! So we can bypass the levels of collecting a certain amount to get any we want to level 20, crown! Sounds a little like cheating! Lol! It sure got easier! Thank you for explaining what the big deal was,
