Here's a thought - how about running a competition on this thread regarding the new peridot dragon?

Once the dragon is shown on Facebook - the sneak peek info, how about we list what we think the winning combo is?

We could make a commitment to send the person that picked the winning combo a gem on the day? That would mean that those who enter would all send a gem to the person who guesses the combo? What think ye dv family?

Marc, last time when ruby entered the market you listed the picture and the description of the dragon. I'm not a facebooker, so that was really helpful for me!

Any comments, thoughts?

Could we have a sign up list somewhere?

I like it. It's only one gem and I give mine out randomly anyway. I'll send a gem to whoever guesses right.

I got 2 gold Olympic dragons now. How to get the silver and bronze?

After my first gold today with 1 day and 1 hour left to breed, I put my air and quake back into epic this afternoon as they had been in my normal breeding cave. Olympus #2 on its way and it's only 28 hours to wait this time. 3 hours in already, so almost the same time one hatches the other will go in to start incubating!

That's Marc for listing the info on breeding of the Olympus dragons together. I would not have even thought to breed gold/silver and silver/bronze together. I live in hope that this one will be a silver as I would love to be able to breed the gold with it and get a bronze!

Nope, when you breed Gold/Silver together you'll get Silver not Bronze. When you breed two different Olympus Dragon together, you'll always get the more common one but not the other kind, so this good two get the 2nd egg for display.

Gold+Silver= Silver
Gold+Bronze= Bronze
Silver+Bronze= Bronze

Wowzers, that's awesome - got to love that. So many players are still trying for sandstorm, so to be able to breed it without even trying - congratulations. Who knows, you may really need it soon!

Yeah lol. Thanks! I just got a second one a few minutes ago. I try to breed a gold Olympus dragon but it always seems to turn out to be something like the sandstorm dragon hybrid. Odd really...

Wow, that's fantastic, another good combo for others to try - so glad you listed this as another option. I'm really happy for you, especially as you got gold for your first Olympus dragon. Congratulations.

She meant the Gold Dragon not the Gold Olympus Dragon, can't get Gold Olympus with Mine+Scorch.

Yeah i like that idea, but how about if many have same guess and it turns out the right combo? And i think if we will make this contest it should be in new thread for contest.

Many would rather ask you how to get Gold. it's easy to get Silver and Bronze, you can still use the same combo, it's more common to get Silver and Bronze. How about share us your winning combo.

So you only need two gold and one of the others. Do you think that will still work even after they are out of the market?

He's so green! kinda resembles the crystal or the earth dragon, no? Earth probably being more practical of an element...

I'm thinking seaweed and scoria. He's got the colors of the seaweed and the babies of scoria and peridot look kinda alike.

The crown on the head and the description of how an actual Peridot is made/created makes me think Earth! Hmmmmmm..... But def seeing its color from the Seaweed!!
