Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

I got my first panlong using blazing and mud, standard combo I guess. I was tired of failing at getting a ruby at the time so decided to do sth different. I think I was extremey lucky getting my panlong so quickly. Second panlong I got by using the panlong-ice combo. Again a lucky shot I think!

Will try blazing and mud again. I, too, am having trouble with what I've been trying for. But I did manage one ruby and two rainbows so all is not lost. But neither of these help w shrine grind. Well, I guess that's not completely true as rainbows yield major DC for treat buying!

Lava and fog got me panlong, waiting for nr. 2 now. Also if you need money, you can breed dragons and sell their eggs.

Hi everybody! I just wanted to ask if gemstone dragons were seasonal because I missed out on getting the gemstone dragons from the months of May and June and I wanted to know if it would be possible to get them next May/June.(My birthday is in June so I really want to get the pearl dragon)

Lava and fog and mud and blazing are the best combos for panlong, however, the wait can be a long one as they are difficult to breed. The fall out with lava is unpleasant with a 20 hour turn around, and they only sell for $5000. It's stings a little when you get lavas!

Yes, unfortunately they are seasonal, so you have missed out. No one is sure for certain if they will reappear next year, and, even if they do that they will look the same! You know what they say at Backflip - the wizards are always working hard to surprise us! And, to bring new things into the dragonvale market!

Make sure you are still around and playing the game next year as that's the only way to know. As to the zodiacs, that would work really well. What a fantastic idea. There is another thread that is a wish list, so post it there too. Who knows, we may even have a zodiac island next year - hint hint back flip.
