Well, isn't this a pretty picture!

Mind you I got a moon when trying for my second Frostfire, which continues to elude me. Have decide to stop trying and concentrate on breeding irons for cash for food.

I'm really glad you went to get checked, did they suggest a timeline for the swelling to decrease? Keep a close eye on it as you may need IV antibiotics if it doesn't start to clear up in a couple of days!

My day job when I'm not a mommy is sculpting - I sculpt fairies...(avatar pic.) that makes sense why I love dragonvale - fairies practically = dragons! :) with my new sun (whooohooo!) I will now have two so I placed them directly above shooting volcanos. I feel kinda bad that the sun dragons are getting blasted by the volcanos but they love fire right? Lol!

I agree, hopefully they marked a spot on your arm if the swelling gets to that point you need to go back. One more nag make sure you finish all your meds even when you feel better...okay taking off my doctor scrubs and going back to being a normal DV'er

Feel Better

I love fairies too, is there anyway you could post some pictures on here ? (I am also done nagging :)

I know I'm in love with dragon vale when I can't stop checking and sweeping for coins. Yesterday our wild cat bit my hand while I was trying to put it into a box to bring to humane society. Dumb!!! Now my hand is the size of a blown up rubber glove and I'm still trying to get my coins - ouch, ouch ouch .....but I got my coins so it's all good!!! Lol!

Poor thing, that sounds painful. Welcome to our world. Hope your hand gets better.

They said if it's not better by Wednesday then I should go back in.

Resumed my major business activity today, which is day trading of mainly stock and bond ETFs (Electronically Traded Funds). It's interesting, and it's very similar to Dragonvale. A lot of mathematical analysis and strategy. One of the reasons that DV has been a perfect activity for me during recovery from the surgery is that it enabled me to stay somewhat sharp and alert without serious consequences for making mistakes. Trading is more complex, and it brings more emotions into play, but it's really just a video game like DV. But it does give you an opportunity to monetize your success.

I've said it before, but it bears repeating. This forum has been an unexpected bonus to DV and means more to me than the game. And I will continue to be a small part of it.

So happy you have recovered and able to do your thing again! Trading has always been interesting to me, but just not quite quick enough to grasp it. My hat is off to you sir! It is the people like you who I rely on to keep my pension and 401k going. Certainly glad we have been privy to some of your expert mind work! Enjoy your days and we definitely hope to continue to see you here!! :) :) :)
