ADDITIONAL TIPS (Courtesy of "GT500Girl")

If a combo is not working for you switch the order they are put into the breeding cave. Ex: blue fire left / crystal right, try crystal left / blue fire right

If all else fails move onto another combination. Sometimes it seems like one combo will work for one person but not another.

There are lucky people, and sometimes they come on the first or second try but I would not count on it. Sometimes you have to try the same combo over and over again. Some combo's took some more than 50 tries.

That's true - they produce 411/minute at level 15 when fully optimized. Super yield, but pretty small gain considering the towering expense. Be interesting to do a calculation on how long it would take to earn the money back from the delta.

I'm sorry but unfortunately it is just a patience issue Some have had between 50 and 70 tries to get one. It's like my Rainbow. I only got him the other day and I've been trying from the day the game was released. I got mine with Blazing and Mud at level 15 if that helps. Keep trying and good luck

It took me about 30 tries, I never thought I would get one, my second was easier x

How's this, I'm on holidays this week (my birthday on Friday and you can't work on your birthday!) and instead of sleeping in, reading a book, watching TV, etc - I'm up at 7am checking on my dragons and then posting on the forum at 7:30am. Seems to me this thread has changed from "Tips & Tricks" to idle chit chat. Not seeing a lot of breeding tip lately, I still don't have a Rainbow, Sun, Panlong or a Frost Fire. What did you use for dragons to get some of these rare dragons people?

Frostfire was Scorch and Cold at the EBI both level 10.

And the idle chit chat is just polite conversation whilst waiting for people to ask questions.

By the way, if you happen to visit the Nursery Island in the next few days, don't be alarmed by the three adult Panlongs in the Earth habitat by the visitors entrance. They're just there to provide security as the dragon snatchers have been spotted. No other reason.
