Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Well, I have summoned my 6th island and boy was i sad to see all my coins go from 50 mil to nothing!
I have started to decorate, any suggestions would be appreciated. I am waiting patiently for my extra habitats and weekend breeding my sandstorms in one cave and my airs in the other to get dollars (2 and 4 hours) so the weekend was profitable and during work and over night breeding sonics in one and fogs in the other (8 hours and sell for 1 mil), that means i dont have to check so often while at work and still make money and work on my shrines, albeit a little slower than most.
Catching up on my gem list which is growing rapidly thanks to all.
Every one here is fantastic, all the isalnds look amazing and give so much inspiration and so many ideas, just wanted to state the obvious and say its a pleasure to be involved.:thumbs:

Wow congrats !!!! when does the island pop up I'm on lvl 23 at the mo takes ages to lvl up these days lol x x x

Yeah, this morning was a gemfest! I've had pretty good control so far, but the inability to get a second moon may be driving me mad. I think the iPad 2 upgrade has just been postponed a while.

Doob question: how can I look at other's parks?

Just got another 48hr!!! Everyone keep their fingers crossed for a sun please. O ya, almost forgot, it was bluefire+crystal in the ebc

If their ur friend, click the 'friend' box next to options, then there should be two options. There are 'gift' or 'visit'. Click visit.

To visit a random player, click the 'friend' box again, and down the bottom it should say visit a random player.

Thanks for the reply i did know about those. I was wondering if it's possible to visit the park of someone who is not a friend?

No. To visit a specific person who isnt your friend isnt. The only way is by random player, but u dont know whos park that is.

I have four islands, and to be honest, I don't decorate any of them. I just don't see the importance. I do think that all of u who do decorate have islands that look much better than mine, I just don't see the need. However, I do have an idea. Everyone uses the stone path, what if u didn't use the stone Path, and just made a walkway using happy trees. I think that might look cool. Just an idea

I think decorating is just a way to fill up your park.. Ive got 3 islands, and im currently clearing my third. Decorating just gives ur friends something to look at when they visit. Its also something to do whilst waiting long times on breeding, eggs, or building things.

Just my opinion
Also with the happy trees idea, im pretty sure someone wud have done that by now, as for me, i think there a bit to big for a pathway. Maybe flower boxs?

It is awful isn't it! I was sad to see it go too....and to think the next one is 100 mil! Yikes! Good luck on everything...you have a lot going on at once! :thumbs:
