I read in the "Dragon Daily" that there have been numerous reports of dragonnappers and eggnappers of late. It has something to do with visitors to the islands from Australia I understand. (Fletch, have you heard about this?).

Hearing the news I thought it only prudent to mount security measures. The entrances to my Nursery Island and Breeding Island are now secure and visitors are required to check in. Special attention is warranted for those with Australian passports. Security measures aren't required at the Chinese Gold Coin Factory because the Pans can take care of themselves. And they aren't required at the Village Island because it's so ugly no one visits there.

You can check out the new security measures at ID:birdmaestro. When you visit, zoom in and watch how the traffic is forced to flow at the secure entrances. The Bird runs a tight ship.

Just thought you might want to know.

You have to quit the food growing for a while I stated saving before I got to 25 but I found it was slower to level up as your not earning much xp only from the colosseum so I spent it on food then to get me to 25, then started saving again as soon I hit 25 it only took about 5 days breed a few air hybrids for cash while you are Saving they help .... A bit good luck !!!!! It's hard not to spend it lol x x x

Actually, it took me like three or four days to save up for 50 mill. I was sick in bed, slept bad, and was in bed the whole time. The good thing was I could check my islands every 45 min, collect money, and did a double breeding with 4 sandstorms. I didn't want my farms to be empty, so I just put them on 24 h directly. At night toward the end I put four fogs to breed at night, so I would earn a bit more while I could sleep. So it's not impossible!

<br><br>Saw in the Market Place that you can trade 50 gems for 1 348 000 coin. You can breed and hatch 3 air dragons for 1 500 000 and if you used gems to make the process instant it would only cost you 18 of them.

I believe it would only cost you 12 gems to breed 3 airs in hurry up for $1.5M. I think it's the best deal in DV. Of course you can wait 2+2 and get a free $500K. I compromise and let them sit for an hour. First you fill the hatchery and both caves (I put Sandstorms in one and Airs in the other) at a cost of 8 gems. Then after waiting an hour you can sell 4 dragons for $2M at a cost of 4 gems, and repopulate things at a cost of 4 gems - and continue. After initial setup, you can continually harvest $2M an hour at a cost of 8 gems an hour. If you did it for 7 hours you would produce $14M at a cost of 49 gems. As you can buy 50 for $1.99, thats 14 cents for $1M gold coins. Seems like a great deal for the impatient types like you know who.

You are absolutely correct, of course. I was a adding a 3rd step for 3 lots of 2 gems ... I must have been distracted trying to work out how to get past your extra security.

That's tremendous that you have all that worked out. You've made very good use of your bed rest, lol. I still think a "Wisdom of Poppy" thread is a great idea.

Thanks for giving us hope According to my spreadsheet my dragons alone should earn about 10.5mil/day (with 9 hrs downtime for sleep and shopping, etc) . Add to that the earnings from dragon sales and party hats and the amount goes up quite a bit. Nothing like Poppy's Chinese coin factory, but slow and steady wins the race
