For those looking for an easy combo to get a Gold dragon - Fire and Brass = Gold. You will get either a Brass OR a Gold - only 2 options with this combo and the Brass only has a 4 hour incubation time!!

You know I have trouble classifying the different types of dragons. Could u explain opposite or counterpart? Thx!

Opposite dragons are the ones that have opposing elements in them. There is
Plant/metal: malachite and ?
Fire/cold: frostfire and blue fire
Earth/air: dodo and sandstorm
Lightning/water: current and plasma
You cannot breed those dragons by selecting 2 pure dragons(ones that have only 1 element) you have to breed a pure with a hybrid. Whatever element shows up first in the bio sheet is the pure element you need. For example the malachite has metal first and plant second so you have to breed a metal dragon with a plant hybrid or a frostfire is breed by selecting a cold dragon to breed with a fire hybrid. These dragons can be extremely tantalizing and difficult to get.
The counterpart dragons or uncommon dragons are dragons that we're not included in the original game or included with a new element update. They were dragons that are permanent but were added at a different time. Example: the steel dragon is the counterpart to the original mine dragon. The pollen dragon is the counterpart to the willow dragon.

Oh okay, I think I understand - even though metal has high cap, metal dragons produce at a slow rate. But how about lightning with a really low cap, or plant, for that matter?

When you visit other people's island you won't see their individual names, just the type of dragons they are. Plant will be plant, fire, fire and so on. but, when you change them, you will see their names, and that's all that counts!

If your looking to make money the best ways to do it are to build a Panlong army or island with earth habitats and plant and water boosts. A cold habitat is also a good money maker if you put bluefires frostfires or blooms in it. If you go that way I would recomen using a lightning and plant boost. It's not really worth it to buy more lightning or plant habitats than necessary because they have such a low cap. It would be better to have the metal with the slow earners but the higher cap because it takes less than 5 minutes for the plant and lightning habitats and your not going to be on the game 24/7. Another good way to make money is by breeding iron or magnetic dragons for quick dc because they have such a low breed/incubation time but sell for over 1,000,000 dc.

Your not dumb at all, I've just put WAY too much time into my game. I had all the dragons(before new one came out) in about 2.5 months. The first week I downloaded the game I spent hours on it at a time until my iPod died. Then I would charge it and play it to death again.
I'm not sure about bookmaking it, but what you could do is save it in a note.

Well you can do what I do, when I see someone posting something i would like to keep as a reference I just take a screenshot and when I need it I just go to the pic gallery to see my screenshot with the info I needed :3

Thanks for letting me off the hook! . How do I save it in a note? Do u mean electronically or like I already did, write page number on a sheet of paper (that I could misplace)?

Curious, with playing that often, did u spend ALOT of RC (real cash) as opposed to DC?
