Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

The first person that comes to mind for me is fletch - the amazing man that comes from Brisneyland - as he calls it anyway ( a fellow Aussie so got to love that) I know that he has a no gem policy, but with his amazing mathematics, he has helped so many of us in our quest to work towards our shrines, not to mention all the other amazing calculations he has worked on. I have watched his park closely, and day in day out he put in his combo for the emerald and I felt really disappointed for him. I know it's hard to choose, but I guess we all have our favorites! I could add others to that list too. dde03

Oh yes, fletch is amazing, i've been reading the older post here. :) is he still here? Lots of guys have already left. Brooklyn is also amazing and he's still here from the beginning of this thread. :)

Say I have another question why do some of the dragons have balls and crowns on them?
And why do some of the islands give out 3 party hatstand some none? My friend figured it was only on the habitats but are stumped as to why.

Once you level your dragons up past Level 10 they get the little balls above them. If you can reach Level 20 they get a crown!

In order to start levelling up past 10 you will need to start investing in your dragon shrines. Once you have got 50 dragons of a particular type levelled up to 10, it opens up being able to raise them to L15. Once you have 50 at L15, you can begin to raise them to 20. The entire process is often referred to as the "Shrine Grind" because to get all of your shrines up to the "gold" standard where you can have L20 dragons is a real grind for money and food!

I've got 2 gold shrines at the moment, but am still a few months away from completing them all...

Hope that helps.

I find that with the party hats too, Msstormies. Sometimes I think it has to do with the level of the friend, other times I think it's just random.

So to pass the time, I'm working on a grid for my display eggs. Each flag line is the element "on top". I've paved where there is no such combination, and put a flower bed where I still have to get the egg. So for example, there is a Metal + Water, but there is no Water + Earth.

It's an interesting analysis, and helps me memorize all the egg/dragon bits and pieces.

I got mine with water and firefly - current dragon that is!

Ive been trying with sonic and water. I heard that was a successful combo. I might switch it up in a few days. I didn't really get time to try for it when it first came out because I was working on the butterfly. I got the plasma and started trying when the emerald came out so I devoted both of my breeding caves to it. I was lucky enough to get the dragon. Then i got the egg for my display on the last day.

For any still needing Current, I used Magnetic + Water. If you don't get it, the outcomes are still good----Rust or Magnetic (both good for xp or DC), the new Copper. Keep trying :) It'll come around!
