So I just updated my iPhone what a pain had to restore factory settings for some reason then download all my apps again and when I checked into my DV I sold my airs and sandstorm eggs then emptied my breeding cave and got a message that said breeder award lol wierd!

I keep getting those messages too with ios 5.1 Strange...

Thanks. It sounded earlier as someone had seen it already but when I look at the Facebook-page the message came at 19 yesterday. So maybe in 3 hours I can see it!

Not really, cold is negative to plant but it's fire that is negative to cold. I don't believe the plant boost affects any dragon negatively. *ponders*


On a completely unrelated note, spoilers for a game such as Dragonvale... really?
It's not that the game has a deep immersive plot. It has no plot whatsoever
If anything, the only thing you can possibly miss out on is the chance to stumble across a new dragon in the shop. The "Wizard" seems to only tell me of new stuff 2 weeks after it was released and then pesters me by keep telling me every time I load up the game anyway.

Really it's an advantage to know these things in advance so you can plan accordingly. E.g. had I known before now, I wouldn't have put in 2 couples of panlongs this morning

Yep. I only put one pan pair in but I am concerned about that...

Some rambling about these...

- I wonder if the metal dragons will be like transformers?

- It looks like they are creating a new - metal - habitat. Start by buying the metal dragon and breeding from there, just as with all the single element dragons.

- If they do add another class of habitat, I certainly hope that they raise the total gross number of habitats.

- Based on recent history they're sure to introduce a multiple element dragon with this new class.

- The metal habitat will probably have a metal shrine - new shrine grind!

- Perhaps one or more of these dragons will be able to breed with rares to get a rare not yet introduced.

I hope they don't house the new metal dragon with the rainbow habitat. It would be nice to raise the rares levels 10 to 15.

Off subject, my son just got accepted to UC Santa Babara, in addition to Davis, irvine and San Diego. Still waiting on UCLA, Berkeley. Their announcements come out later in the month. Jake (son) said UCSB campus is beautiful.

Not if the Metal Habitat holds 5 000 000 and the Metal dragon earns 400 unboosted at Level 10 and the habitat can hold 4 dragons ... releasing a new elemental dragon with habitats etc means they can add a new level of play which will make Gold shrines a doddle and therefore a new layer of play can be added. That's why they should keep the new Large Metal habitat to a much later level.

Or a new treat farm that makes more food for your buck.

Or new Huge Habitats that can hold more cash.

Of something else that I haven't thought of.

Lots of possibilities.

I hope so. I still don't even have my first gold. Gonna have to give you my numbers and see if you can figure a better way for me. It's not working well for me. I guess my main problem is it takes me most of the time between the updates to get the newest dagons. Sometimes I think BFS or DV hates me! Lmao

Well opposites... plant would make sense because it's the first negative boost one then. So far I don't think plant is negative to anything. However, it doesn't make much sense why plant would affect metal dragons negatively. Water can rust them, and fire could melt them. Air and electricity can't really do much and Ice is pretty much cold water

Still, yay for a new type!!!
They said it would be their biggest update so far. Of course that's all relative, but maybe they're going to change some core stuff too, like bigger cash pools in current habitats or new opposite elements. I could happen

We'll probably have to buy our first metal dragon cause if they become a combination (like fire and earth e.g.) that would make the metal dragon available really early in the game, and they will thus not be quite as special.

**hiding, ... I too am guilty of bleeding my dragons. Will they have DragonVale access inside the cell? Or do they toss us in with the dragons? Hum... If so, I want to be with the Love or Clover ones... I didn't bleed them.
