Dragon Dictation program question.

I found the Dragon Dictation program could be downloaded free from the Apple iTunes, but for only the Apple iPad and iPhone. Am I missing something at iTunes for this program for the Mac's?
I did notice something with iTunes when it could not send Dragon Dictation to my Mac Pro. it sent it to my iPhone without asking me. I just later found it there.

I thank you for being the (only) forum member to try giving me some help. But what I was looking for was a free program as they provide for the iPhone and iPad. I now understand they do not offer it. Again thanks.
