Dictation feature help

Hi

The Dictation Feature for my iPad 3 Has been working great Up until Last month or so it has a Hard time Picking up what I'm saying. And I'm trying To speak Very clearly in to the Microphone. But still it has a Hard time picking up what I am saying. Does anyone know What could be causing this? Does the App Store have dragon speaking app Or something similar to the iPad 3 Dictation feature that I can try out to see if it will help me? Thank you for any help on this

There are also other voice dictation apps, just search for "Dictation" in the App Store app. Some of them have good ratings, not all of them are for free.
