The closest I have is Tw Cen MT

The font might be narrowed a bit. In an Apple App: Menu => T => Text => Character -2%

It looks like an extra-light version of Futura. Most of my Futura collection did not survive the transition to OS X, so I can't be more precise than that.

Futura/Tw Cen MT

Tw Cen MT could very well be a derivative of Futura, and the font used could be a derivative of Tw Cen Mt.
The angle of the Tw Cen MT "M" matches the "M" in the photo. The Futura Font "M" is a little wider.
Both Tw Cen MT and Futura use the squiggly "?"
Both are heavier fonts than the one used in the photo.
If there are such things, I would guess it is Tw Cen Narrow, or Tw Cen Light.
It is probably a further derivative with a new name.

Not Candera

Yes, it is a lot like Candera.
But the lower case g in candera has the two little ovals, and the M is more upright. The R right leg is too curvy.

Other opinions

I read this comment on a font site.
"For iOS 7, Apple made a special modified version of Helvetica Thin/Light."

That is probably why an exact match can not be found.

If I want to use a simiilar font I use this one. It is on the web: Champagne & Limousines
To use it on the iPad you must download an app that will put fonts into the iPad.
