Do we know when OS5 is out yet?

I have searched on here for an actual date but cannot find it. Has an actual date for its release been announced yet?

Apple suggested 'Fall 2011', which gives them a bit of latitude. There has been some speculation on this Forum as to an actual, hard, date but that's all it is -speculation.
