After using a while, iPad display jumps all over the place. It loads anything it feels like with no input from user. The only way I can stop it is to turn power off and repower.

After using a while, iPad display jumps all over the place. It loads anything it feels like with no input from user. The only way I can stop it is to turn power off and repower.

I hope the following suggestions will help:

Reset your iPad: press Home & Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
Remove apps from your multitask bar: double press your Home button to reveal the multitask bar, tap and hold an app until all start to wiggle, then remove apps there.

Last option I'd know: Contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Store for an evaluation.
